After all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas holidays, we will all have been at various buffets and snacking on lots of yummy foods. But now it's time to get back to good home made cooking and baking that we all love. In my blog this year I will be introducing you and also myself to new cultures and types cooking. I'm hoping to push myself to new limits and try different and very out there dishes that will be a success.
I will be starting to publish recipes on the 1st of January 2013 and then ending them on the 31st of December 2013. Throughout that time period I will be publishing recipes, a step by step guide on how to make the dish, pictures of the finished product and videos of how to make them. Also every month I will be doing a product of the month page, giving you a helpful idea of what I used the most that month.
When I am away on holiday and out for dinner at restaurants/cafes/pubs, instead of publishing something that I have made myself, I will tell you what I had, how good it was and where I had it.
